The screen dumps below give an impression of the Axxerion user interface and graphical capabilities. You can view the screen dump in normal size by clicking on the image.

You can customize screens by changing labels, adding fields or hiding fields. These settings can be specified per user group. You can link lists, reports and tabs to screens so that all key information is directly accessible. [Click to enlarge]

You can design custom digital dashboards with lists, reports, pie charts, bar charts, line charts and meters. You can make a special dashboard for every type of object, such as a project, property or general ledger. [Click to enlarge]

You can design and modify workflows graphically and without any programming. The workflow design module uses a Java applet that enables you to create tasks, places and connectors. You can move existing elements or insert new elements. [Click to enlarge]

Users can press a button to view the workflow diagram during the execution of a process. The tasks that are not active are displayed in grey. In this case the request can be withdrawn, cancelled or evaluated. [Click to enlarge]

Tasks and appointments can be shown in day-, week- and month calendars. Workflow tasks are automatically assigned to persons based on roles to which these persons are allocated. [Click to enlarge]

Axxerion includes an integrated document management system with version management, viewing and markup. You can store documents in folders or assign to objects. The access rights can be set per document or folder. You can search for documents using full text search. [Click to enlarge]

Day-, week- and month calendars show which areas and equipment is available. You can make reservations by selecting one of more objects and a time frame. The colors provide extra information on the status of the reservation. [Click to enlarge]

You can create a direct link with AutoCAD drawings. Drawings can be linked to areas and opened from within the property management module. You can obtain information on objects by clicking on elements in the drawing. You can also store geographical coordinates of objects so that they can be displayed in a map. [Click to enlarge]
