Axxerion receives ISAE3402 Type II certification for cloud computing: January 16, 2012 - Axxerion has received a ISAE3402 Type II certification for development and hosting of cloud solutions. ISAE3402 has recently been introduced to replace SAS 70 and is important for organizations that need SOX compliancy. The audit includes the documentation, implementation and effectiveness of risk management controls over the last 6 months. This includes procedures and systems that are in place for configuration management, incident management, change management, continuity management and security management.

Red Hat selects Axxerion as corporate facilities management system: January 10, 2012 - Red Hat has selected Axxerion as their corporate integrated workplace management system. Founded in 1993, Red Hat is the leader in enterprise Linux and is the most recognized open source brand in the world. The selection took place after a two year evaluation and review process of all leading IWMS systems. Axxerion was selected because of its flexibility, affordability and functionality. Red Hat has choosen to run Axxerion in a private cloud on Linux servers.

Winmag Pro 2011 Best Choice Award for one-stop cloud computing: December 8, 2011 - Axxerion has been selected as Best Choice 2011 for one stop cloud computing for small and medium size enterprises by Winmag Pro. The editors comment on the seamless integration between all functionality for enterprise automation without the need to install any software. The integration with Outlook 365, Google Apps and support of various mobile platforms were also considered as key differentiators.

Axxerion receives GEFMA 444 certification: December 2, 2011 - Axxerion has obtained GEFMA 444 certification from the German Facilities Management Association. Axxerion is now certified as a facilites management system for the German market. The certification includes various areas, such as space management, maintenance, asset management, cleaning, reservations and lease administration. The auditors commented on the flexibility of the system and seamless integration with Internet and mobile devices.

Integration with Exchange, Outlook 365 and Google apps: December 2, 2011 - You can create a reservation in Axxerion and check the availability of partipants via their calendar in Microsoft Exchange or the online version Outlook 365. The integration with Google Calendar was already supported. If you confirm the reservation, the reservation becomes visible in the personal calendar of the participants. You can also change or cancel a reservation for all participants.

Improved integration with CAD: November 15, 2011 - Drawings created in AutoCAD or other packages that support DWF can be imported. Areas are automatically created and the total area and usable area size is calculated from the drawing information. You can create thematic maps of floorplans with different colorschemes for availability, occupancy or area usage. You can click on elements in the drawing to view and edit associated information stored in Axxerion. You can view a short demo on YouTube.

Operational and financial property management: September 26, 2011 - Axxerion now offers an integrated system for planning, operations and financial management of properties. Contracts are linked to areas so that you can see the current and future availability. CAM expenses can be allocated to tenants based on area occupancy. Invoicing can be based on price escalation, turnover-based rent and prepaid CAM expenses. You can create a balance and profit and loss statement directly in Axxerion without the need for an external financial system.

Axxerion Facility Day: August 20, 2011 - On Tuesday October 11 Axxerion organizes the 6th Axxerion Facility Day. On this day you can experience how Axxerion can help you to streamline your business processes. You will learn more about selecting and implementing an IWMS system. Facilicom Facility Solutions will give a presentation on their experiences with Axxerion. The day is closed with a tour of the Facilicom building in Schiedam. Colliers International selects Axxerion: June 17, 2011 - Colliers international has selected Axxerion for property management and transaction management. Colliers is present in 61 countries and serves leading companies such as 3M, GM, Proctor & Gamble and the Coca-Cola Company. Over 15.000 professionals, including 4300 brokers, are affiliated with Colliers. The Axxerion platform will help Colliers to share information and optimize business processes for acquisition and management of commercial real estate.

Axxerion launches online auction module: May 16, 2011 - Axxerion has released a new module for online auctions and reverse auctions. You can create a bid package with items, quantities and additional specification documents and drawings. Recipients can be invited by email and can submit a bid via Internet. You can compare the different bids and issue one or more purchase orders or work orders. The auction module supports both auction and reverse auctions. It helps organizations to increase the efficiency of buying or selling products and services.

Q-Park and DHL select Axxerion as pan-European IWMS system: March 28, 2011 - Q-Park and DHL have selected Axxerion as integrated workplace management system for various European countries. Q-Park will use Axxerion for maintenance and management of parking garages in various countries. DHL will use Axxerion for facilties management in European offices and distribution centers. By using Axxerion SaaS and Workflows technology processes and reporting will be standardized and consolidated on an international level.

Strategic planning for property management: February 14, 2011 - In addition to multi year maintenance planning Axxerion now also supports strategic planning for property management. You can define multiple income and expense streams such as for rent inkome, additional services, utilities expenses and recurring maintenance. This takes into account growth percentages, annual indexing, interest rates, investments and desinvestments. You can analyse annual profitability and cashflow for different property management scenarios.

Integration of facility and IT management: Januari 12, 2011 - The new ITIL module allows you to combine management your facility and IT infrastructure in a single system. The module supports all standard processes for configuration management, incident management, problem management, change management and release management. The ITIL module is fully integrated with other Axxerion modules such as workflow management, document management, asset management and contract management.

Axxerion Mobile for iPhone and Android: November 8, 2010 - Axxerion has announced the immediate availability of Axxerion Mobile on iPhone, iPad and Android platforms. Blackberry will be supported on their new devices that support HTML5. Axxerion Mobile allows users to connect to Axxerion and perform all common functions such as viewing tasks, submitting timesheets and process workflows. The application also works in offline mode, allowing maintenance engineers to download workorders or assets, perform their work activities and synchronize changes when they are back online.

Axxerion ranks 13 in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2010: October 7, 2010 - Axxerion is ranked 13 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. The selection is based on the percentage of growth over the past five years. The participants encompass all technology segments, including software, internet, life sciences, communication, media and entertainment. Axxerion is the fastest growing supplier of software for facilities management, ERP and maintenance.

Axxerion supports REST protocol for web services: August 9, 2010 - Axxerion now also supports the REST (Representational State Transfer) protocol for its web services in addition to SOAP/XML. REST is lightweight and fast because it does not use XML markup. There is no toolkit required to use the REST service, the results and human readable and can easily be tested via a get request in a web browser. The REST interface is used for Axxerion mobile applications that run on iPhone and Android.

Enhanced flexibility with Axxerion Script: July 19, 2010 - Axxerion has launched a the programming environment Axxerion Script. This enables users to define custom business rules and business logic in the Axxerion SaaS environment. Scripts can be used for various purposes, such as to evaluate alternative paths in a workflow, perform data transformations with data import/exports and set field values when objects are created or modified. Axxerion Script combines the advantages of a ready to deploy SaaS platform with the flexibility of a tailored software application.

Source code escrow agreement: June 14, 2010 - Axxerion makes regular deposits of the source code with a source code escrow agent. Clients that have signed an optional 'source code escrow beneficiary agreement' can have access to the source code under certain circumstances. The deposit also includes a fully configured virtualized Axxerion production environment that can be immediately be deployed for production and auditing purposes. The escrow agreement can be signed in combination with a daily or monthly data dump subscription.
