Axxerion provides an integrated environment for managing real estate such as office centers, shopping malls and residential properties. It covers all business processes such as planning, operations, maintenance, lease administration, invoicing and accounting. You can store information on tenants, suppliers, properties and leases in a secure online environment. Axxerion helps you to track performance and optimize business processes via workflows, reports and dashboards.

Property management: Axxerion provides you with a digital record of all property information, including photos, documents, floorplans, permits, insurances and valuations. You can specify who can see or modify certain information.
Space management: You can manage property information and specify the rentable area for each unit or space. The area information is automatically included in the lease contracts. You can quickly check current and future availability of spaces and units.
Contract management: Quickly view scanned leases or generate new contracts from clause libraries. You receive notifications when options or leases expire and can link leases to areas to keep track of occupancy and availability.
Deposits: Keep track of tenant deposits and bank guarantees. You receive notifications when deposits expire and can track the history of deposits and withdrawals for each account.
Invoicing: You can generate invoices for rent, CAM and incidental expenses based on the lease contracts. CAM chargeback, turnover-based rent and rent escalations can be specified.You can keep track of payments received and follow-up on overdue invoices.
Request management: Tenants can submit maintenance requests online. You can automatically escalate services requests to third-parties or an internal help desk. Axxerion has integrated functionality for work order planning and managing labor and material expenses.
Maintenance: You can improve service and decrease maintenance expenses by performing preventive maintenance. The maintenance module is integrated with maintenance planning, invoicing and budgeting.
Financials: You can export to a financial package or use the build-in financial module to generate a balance sheet and profit and loss statement. You can manage multiple general ledgers concurrently and keep track of payables, receivables, bank transactions and payments.

You have access to all other Axxerion modules, such as document management, CRM, reporting, purchasing, project management and reservations. Axxerion is available via various web browsers, tablets and smartphones such as iPhone, Android and BlackBerry.
